Liguria is the third smallest region in Italy. Situated in the North-West, this is a narrow strip of land squeezed between sea and mountains. Also consider that Italy in general, is extremely stable real estate market. Imagine that 80% of the population of homeowners: the Italians to the house (brick, as we say here), as the prime form of investment and house prices have not fallen significantly in recent international crisis.

So, if you are convinced that a closer look at this area, do not neglect to compare the prices, because it is inexpensive and can be found on the coast. For example, West Riviera, Camporosso Mare, Arma di Taggia, Santo Stefano al Mare, an enviable climate and the same Bordighera and San Remo, and function at a reasonable price (about 3000 Euro / m of new or renovated home). And if you look inland, you can find dozens of picturesque villages perched among the hills and olive trees, beech, which offers fresh air, nice view and low prices.

3 Signs Your Spouse Might Be Cheating

Do you have a hunch that your spouse could be cheating on you? Maybe he's been acting a little "off" lately and you just need to get to the bottom of the situation. I know what it's like to think your partner is cheating on you. It can actually take up lots of your thoughts and regardless of what you do you can't seem to think about anything else. This will nearly drive you mad sometimes.

Here are some bits of relationship advice that you can use to help you work out if your partner is cheating on you.

First, have you noticed him chatting lots about a new female friend of his? Many times physical affairs begin as long, drawn-out emotional affairs. A simple friendship can change into infatuation and flirting. Before you know it the desire is rising and when it reaches a boiling point it can become a true physical affair.

If you notice this taking place, talk with your spouse. Let him know your feelings and be sure to let him know that you consider emotional affairs just as real as physical affairs. As him, as an act of respect to you and your marriage, to stop conversing with the other lady.

Second, does he seem distant from you emotionally? It is tricky for men to have an affair and remain emotionally invested in their relationship simultaneously. Most men will feel unbearable guilt about cheating and they'll handle this by distancing themselves from you.

If you suspect this is occurring, speak with your partner. Let him know that you're feeling the two of you are drifting apart. Let him know that you are committed to keeping the intimacy in your relationship and cultivating that deep emotional connection between the two of you. Then try to find time to share you feelings and bring more like to your relationship.

Finally, he spends a lot of time away from home. If your husband is spending more and more time off from home, he could be on his way out the door. Perhaps he is saying he's working late or maybe he makes other excuses, but if he is physically not present it may as he is out meeting up with another lady.

If you happen to detect this happening, start to take an interest in what he does. If the details are fuzzy or he does not want to speak about it, there could be something he is hiding. If he is saying he is working late, perhaps you can surprise him in a late night at work by bringing him dinner. If he's not there and his colleagues say he left at 5:00, then you really know that something is up.

It's critical to remember you can total up all the evidence for or against him cheating, but till you know for sure, all the conjecture won't get you far. Sometimes you just need to take things into your own hands and dig down deeper to find out the real truth about what he is doing.

Get Rich and Wealthy With Real Estate, a Time Honoured Solution

Real Estate as an asset class is one of the oldest and best ways to create real wealth for individuals and their families. Leverage, generally the deposit needed to buy land and or the property that sits on the land is 10%-20%, so that means if you have a $100,000 property you put down $10,000 or $20,000 to buy that property and borrow the rest from the bank. This means that if the property increases in value by doubling over the lifetime of the mortgage (borrowed money to buy that property), typically 25 or 30 years, the $10,000 initially put down has now turned into $100,000, because the property can be sold for $200,000 minus the initial deposit and paid the $90,000 borrowed back leaves you with $100,000 plus your initial $10,000. This is even better if someone rents the property from you covering the mortgage payments.

2. People need homes. Unlike other asset classes like stocks and shares people always need somewhere to live, 'shelter'. This will always be the case.

3. Supply Limitations. Especially in good areas around good schools and transportation links there is often a limited supply of properties built. Although we can build upwards with taller properties, there will always be people who want to live in houses and have garden outdoor space and will pay a premium to do so. There is the old saying 'they aren't building more land' which is a good one as apart from a few more land reclamation projects it is very difficult to actually 'create' more land affordably in many areas of the world.

Of course there is the downside of the fact that property can fall in value, but this is usually a shorter term problem with property generally rising world wide over the longer term. It is also more likely to rise in the long term due to general inflation in the economy making prices rise and the value of the dollar in your pocket fall, just think what a dollar could buy you even ten years ago as opposed to what it can buy you now. The whole worlds monetary system is designed to 'create' more money meaning that there really needs to be at least gentle inflation to keep the economies of the world growing, and so government targets some inflation to keep the economy growing.

When the price of property has crashed down to lows it is often the best time to start investing in property as properties can be picked up for much better value with more likelihood of growth in the value.
